I am a composer/ engineer based in Surrey BC. I own and operate Blueshift Productions and offer many services including Soundtrack Composition, Song Arrangement, Production, Recording, Voice-over recording, Sound Design, and Composition for Film or Commercials. My rates are incredibly competitive, and the quality of the work is professional in every way.

I have been recording for the past 12 years and completed a Bachelor of Arts: Music Major, as well as an Audio Engineering Diploma. I am currently the instructor of Digital Recording and Digital Music Composition at Trinity Western University.

I have been the personal composer/ sound designer for acclaimed director Robin Webb for the past 5 years. Robin’s movies have recently won awards such as Best Picture and Best Actress at the NY Independent International Film Festival. Robin also recently won a humanitarian award for his work with child safety programs.

I consider myself one of the foremost authorities on Virtual Instruments in the Lower Mainland of BC. I was formerly contracted by Apple and Steinberg/Music Marketing to go to music stores to give demonstrations on how to use software from Steinberg (Nuendo, Cubase, etc.) IK Multimedia (Sampletank, Amplitube etc.) Native Instruments (Absynth, Kontakt, Battery, Reaktor etc.) Propellerheads (Reason), Apple (Logic/ Garageband), EWQL (Symphonic Orchestra) and many others.

I often have many individuals working on different projects. From movie soundtracks to clients with their own compositions, I am there to assist in any way that is needed. I am a composer and sound designer for film and television productions. From start to final mix, I can complete a modern soundtrack in record time as well as do the sound design including FX, dialogue editing, Foley, ADR, and mixing. The film can be mixed in 5.1 surround if necessary.

I am also an engineer and producer and have helped out local artists with their musical endeavors. Some clients come with a song completely written, and I am mainly the engineer of their songs. Other clients come with only some words and a melodic idea, and I will completely compose and arrange music to accompany the idea. Once the process is done, they are left with a produced and mastered product ready for public consumption. I have also been recording local bands and Blueshift Productions can facilitate any type of band ensemble. I can do whatever is required to facilitate the song writing/recording process, and will only offer whatever the client desires.
